摘要
以苯酚和乙酐为原料 ,经过酯化反应和 Fries重排反应合成了对羟基苯乙酮 ,收率 5 8.5 % ,纯度 98.6 8%。
Hydroxy-acetophenone was synthesized from phenol and acetic anhydride by esterification and Fries rearrangement reactions with the yield of 58.5%(content 98.68% of 4-hydroxy-acetophenone).
