实验性急性高眼压对兔视网膜电图的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:检测家兔实验性急性高眼压不同压力状态下视网膜电图的变化。方法:采用视电生理检测仪测定家兔实验前,30mmHg (1mmHg=0.133kPa)、60mmHg、90mmHg和120mmHg前房高压灌注45min及恢复正常眼压4h的视网膜电图(Flash ElectroretinogramFERG)和振荡电位(Oscillatory Potentials,OPs)。结果:对照组和30mmHg组视电生理检测在实验前后无差异。60mmHg组在高压持续45min后,b波和OPs波振幅下降,4h后恢复正常。90mmHg和120mmHg组在高压45min后下ERG波形消失。4h后有不同程度恢复。结论:随着实验性急性高眼压压力的升高,家兔视网膜功能损伤加重,恢复能力减弱。眼科学报2001;17:213~216. Objective: To observe the effects of pressure induced retinal ischemia onelectroretinogram(ERG) in rabbit.Methods: Retinal ischemia was induced in rabbits by increasing intraocular pressure at30 mmHg, 60 mmHg, 90 mmHg, 120 mmHg for 45minutes, and retinal function wasmonitored by eletroretinography.Results: There was no difference on ERG before or after the experiment both in 30mmHg group and control one. In 60 mmHg pressure induced ischemia eyes, theamplitudes of the b-wave and OPs wave reduced significantly. Four hours afterreperfusion, they were totally recovered. After an ischemic insult of 90 mmHg or 120mmHg for 45minutes,there was no response of ERG. Four hours later,the amplitudes ofthe b-wave and OPs wave were 66.912±20.157 and 16.423±3. 965 the former,38.852±23.438 and 8.610±12.090 the latter,respectively.Conclusion: These results suggest that higher intraocular pressure causes more severeretina ischemic damage,and less recovery ability.
