摘要
为适应小儿用药需要,研究了解热镇痛药扑热息痛的滴剂。本文采用混合溶媒制成20％溶液,对筛选出的处方进行化学动力学稳定性试验,并在家兔中测定生物利用度。结果表明,扑热息痛滴剂分解10％的时间为4.56月,绝对生物利用度为80.5％,其吸收速率与程度均较对照品片剂好,因此可作为医院制剂用于临床。
The formulation design, preparation, stability and bioavailability of acetaminophen drops were studied. The shelf life predicted using chemical kinetic method is 4.56 months. The plasma concentrations in rabbits after oral administration were determinated using tablets for control purpose. The results showed the extent and rate of bioavailability of the drops were better than those of the tablets.
