子公司特定优势:跨国公司的新优势和新挑战 被引量:1

摘要 随着子公司自身的发展和资源与能力的积累,近几年跨国公司内部出现一种新的优势现象——子公司特定优势。本文首先介绍子公司特定优势的概念、来源和形成条件,进而分析它对跨国公司的影响作用和对跨国公司现有管理体制提出的新挑战。
