摘要
区域多元化导致子公司创业特性和自主行为的产生。企业面临的最大问题就是母公司如何有效控制管理子公司业务行为,但又能确保子公司不断创新为企业实现利益最大化。介绍了母公司控制的重要性和子公司自主行为的特性,并对两者关系和子公司特定优势对两者关系的影响进行了描述。
Regional diversity leads to the feature of subsidiary entrepreneurship and the emergence of subsidiary initiative. The major issue of corporations is how to efficiently control the subsidiaries＇business behaviors by the parent and ensure the benefits maximization of the continuous subsidiary initiatives. This paper first introduces the importance of parent control and the characteristics of subsidiary initiative, and describes the relationship between these two elements and the impact of subsidiary specific advantage on the above relationship.
