摘要
提出用球形蜗杆砂轮连续分度展成磨削内齿轮的概念,阐述了其磨齿原理。建立了砂轮的球基渐开螺旋面方程和分度球面螺旋线方程,给出螺旋运动参数、螺旋线导程。螺旋升角的定义及计算式。
A method for grinding internal gear using spherical worm emery-wheel is presented. The mechanism of grinding internal gear of spherical worm emery-wheel is researched. Some definitionsand equations about the main parameters of spherical helicoid of worm emery-wheel are given.
