摘要 介绍了球形及椭球形滚刀的工作原理和应用前景。并着重介绍了为制造球形及椭球形滚刀而研制的四轴数控球形及椭球形滚刀铲磨机床的结构和调整原理。论述了法向齿距误差和法向圆度误差的修正方法。 The operating principles and application of spherical and elliptical spherical hobs were introduced. In order to machine spherical and elliptical spherical hobs, a four axes NC form-relieved tooth grinding machine tool was designed, the structure and adjusting methods were discussed, and the correcting method of normal pitch errors and circularity errors were given.
