An Allocation and Motion Navigator in Virtual Assembly Environment

摘要 基于自由度归约方法进行约束分析 ,在理解与识别设计者的装配操作和意图基础上 ,通过空间几何角度分析 ,根据装配关系建立装配约束关系树 ,实现了虚拟现实环境下的产品装配的定位导航。该方法在汽车发动机的虚拟装配中得到了较好的应用。 The assembly allocation navigator analyzes parts constraints with the degree-of-freedom reduction method, interprets the intention of designers' assembly operation and solves the allocation problem through the angle computation method. These technologies make the navigator fit for the complicated assembly situation. Moreover, the virtual assembly motion navigator constructs the constraint hierarchical tree according to the assembly relationship. The navigation method has been successfully employed in the virtual assembly of automobile engine.
