摘要
以杭州师范学院图书馆人事制度改革为范例 ,分析了现有图书情报系统用人机制的弊端 ;论述了人事制度改革应引入竞争、激励机制 ;提出了更新观念、开源节流和科学用人的观点。
Taking the reform of personnel system of Hangzhou Teacher's Institute as an example,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of personnel system on the field of library and information at present and suggests that a competitive and inspiring system should be applied in personnel administration.The paper also provides with a viewpoint of renewing outdated senses and making use of personnel resource scientifically.
