摘要
从铅蓄电池正极板栅的腐蚀,负极板的硫酸化、电池自放电和热失控、电解液干涸等方面,阐述了VRLA铅蓄电池早期失效的主要原因;并从理论和实践上探讨了电池失效的一般原理;提出了VRLA电池在设计和生产过程中防止早期失效必须采取的措施。
Main Causes of premature failure of VRLA batteries were analyjed accordi ng to corrosion of positive grids,sulphation of negative plates sely-discharge and heat u ncontrolled of batteries.General mechanism of batteries failure were investigated in respect of theory an d practice of VRLA batter-ies.Preventive measures of prematu re failure for VRLA batteries during design and manufacturing process of batteries were suggested.
