摘要
研究了过氧化氢氧化乙二醛,所得乙醛酸在硫酸-硝酸作用下直接与尿素反应制备尿囊素的工艺。通过正交设计实验,确定了缩合阶段的适宜条件:尿素与乙二醛的物质量比3.2:1,催化剂用量5 mL,反应温度80℃,反应时间4 h。在该条件下,尿囊素的收率可达到66.24%。
The preparation of allantoin by reacting glyoxylic acid ( prepared by oxidating glyoxal with hydrogen peroxide without separation) with urea in the presence of sulfuric - nitric acid catalyst was investigated. The suitable condensation conditions were determined by orthogonal design test as follows: the mole ratio of urea to glyoxal 3.2: 1, the amount of catalyst 5 mL,the reaction temperature 80 ℃ and the reaction time 4 h. Under the suitable conditions , the yield of allantoin reached 66.24 % .
