摘要
综述了我国聚合物微球研究的新进展,重点介绍了可生物降解聚合物药物微球的种类、特点、制备方法、动物实验结果等。结果表明,聚合物微球在药物缓释/控释和疾病的靶向治疗中具有非常重要的作用和应用前景。
Recent progress in domestic study of polymeric microspheres was reviewed. Types, characteristics, preparation methods, and animal experiment of biodegradable polymeric microspheres containing drug were introduced with an emphasis. The results showed that polymeric microspheres played an important role in the slow/controlled release drug and targeting therapy in the field of clinical medicine, and had attrative application prospects.
