聚合物纳米粒子用于给药载体具有广阔的前景。本文按聚合物纳米粒子的主要制备方法 (单体聚合法 ,聚合物后分散法和两亲性聚合物自组装法等 )
Polymer nanoparticles hold great potential application in drug delivery system. The advance of polymer nanoparticles for drug delivery system is reviewed in this paper, according to their preparing methods:polymerization of monomers, dispersion of the preformed polymers and self assembly of amphilic copolymer.
