摘要
对原涤纶 POY纺丝生产线改造 ,调整纺丝上油控制系统 ,对 POY纺丝工艺的研究表明 ,选择合适的喷丝板 ,降低纺丝温度 ,缩短冷却长度 ,降低卷绕速度可获得优良的整经拉伸上浆 ( WDS)用
The original PET POY line was reformed, and the oiling control system was adjusted. The process conditions of PET POY was studied. The results showed that the obtained fine denier PET POY for warping\|drawing\|sizing(WDS) yields pretty good quality with suitable spinnerette at lower spinning temperature, shorter quenching length and lower take\|up speed.
