摘要
本文将3600m/min纺速下涤纶普通圆形和六叶形POY、DTY的加工工艺及其性能进行了对比,对影响六叶形POY异形度的因素进行了分析,认为喷丝板的尺寸、原料切片的粘度、纺丝温度、纺丝泵供量、冷却吹风条件等是影响异形度的关键。合理地选择纺丝工艺,不但能获得预期的截面形状,同时可改观POY的后加工性能。
A comparison is made on the processing technology and properties between conventional circula and hexalobal profile polyester POY, DTY under the spinning speed of 3600m/min, the factors whic effected the non-circularity of hexalobal POY are analyzed, it is consisered that the spinneret size, chip viscosity, spinning temperature, pump delivery and guenching condition etc. are of great importance, the rational selection of spinning technology can not only obtain the expected cross-sectional shape but also improve the aftertreatment processing of POY.
