摘要
近年来,为了解决大量存在的复杂样品的分离和痕量组分的定量问题,国内外许多科学家进行了多维气相色谱法的研究。本文引述了有关的代表性文献,简要地介绍了几种二维色谱操作方式的组合和应用。
In recent years, the research of Multi-Dimensional Chromatography was performed by scientists both at home and abroad to deal with the separation problem of complicated specimens and the quantitative determination problem of trace compositions. This paper presents some related representative literatures, and describes the combination and application of several two-dimensional chromatographic operation methods.
