摘要
以SnCl4/SiO2 为催化剂 ,二甘醇与醋酸及C7～C9脂肪酸合成乙酸 C7～C9酸二甘醇酯。讨论了醇酸比、催化剂和带水剂用量以及反应时间、温度等对反应的影响。所得产物作为增塑剂试用于卷烟用醋酸纤维滤咀棒的生产 ,效果与用三醋酸甘油酯作增塑剂基本一致。
The diethylene glycol diester was synthesized as a new type plasticizer for cellulose acetate fiber from diethylene glycol, acetic acid and C 7～C 9 fatty acids catalyzed by SnCl 4/SiO 2. Various reaction parameters such as ratio of alcohol to acid, catalyzer, amount of water carrier, reaction time and temperature were studied. This new plasticizer was used in the production of cellulose acetate fiber filter bar for cigarette and gotten almost the same results like using glycerol triacetate plasticizer.
