摘要
在低压易漏地层钻井完井,一个普遍的问题就是容易压漏低压地层,因此低压易漏地层固井要求降低水泥浆密度。介绍了一种新研制出的能用于封固目的层的低密高强水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系引入了一种外掺料(PZW),使漂珠低密度水泥浆具有极好的悬浮稳定性和密实性,水泥浆的抗压强度和失水量等性能均满足封固目的层对水泥浆性能的要求。性能评价结果表明,该水泥浆体系密度低(1.2-1.6g/cm3),强度高(24 h抗压强度大于14MPa),失水量容易控制,体系稳定。介绍了低密高强水泥浆体系在长庆油田陕242井欠平衡钻井中的固井应用。测井结果为合格,不合格段约10多米,其余井段声幅都很低,固井质量优。
Lost circulation is one of the common problems in drilling and completion in the low-pressured formation, thus lightweight cement is required for cementing in such formations. A new lightweight high-strength cement slurry system is developed, by adding a strength enhancing agent PZW, which stabilize the floating spheres suspension and enhance its compaction, while the compression strength and fluid loss properties all meet the requirements of zonal isolation. Evaluation results show that this cement slurry system has low density (1. 2 -.1. 6 g/cm3), high strength (over 14 MPa of compression strength in 24 h), easy control of fluid loss and stable performances. Its use in the under-balanced well of Shan-242 in Changqing Oilfield is described, and logging results of this well show good cementing quality.
