摘要
为了解决钻井过程中的井漏和减少对低压低渗油气藏的伤害,研究了适合于长庆油气田地层特点的可循环泡沫钻井完井液体系。试验表明:这种可循环泡沫钻井完井液体系稳定、密度低(0.7~0.96 g/cm3),防漏堵漏效果明显,有微孔暂堵作用,对产层保护效果好,试验井油气产量提高。为钻井防漏堵漏和油气层保护提供了新的技术手段,在鄂尔多斯盆地低压低渗油气田有较好的应用前景。
To solve such problems as lost circulation during drilling process,the damage to oil and gas reservoir with lower pressure and lower penetrability,circulate foam drilling completion fluid system was studied,it is fit for stratum characteristic of Changqing oil and gas field.Test indicates this circulate foam drilling completion fluid system performance stabilization,density low(0.7~0.96 g/cm^3);The effect of antileakage and lose circulation controls was in evidence,has tiny hole temporary stop up effect,and no damage to producing pay.Oil and gas output of test well had improved.It has provided a new technic means for drilling antileakage,lose circulation control and oil and gas layer protective technology,and has a better application foreground in low pressure and low penetrability oil and gas field in Erdos basin.
