本文简单介绍了矢量网络分析仪(VNA)的数据格式、通用仪器传输和交换文件的基本概念,接着介绍了如何在MS Excel中按需要处理矢网数据。
This paper introduces the data formats of vector network analyzer (VNA) and basic concept of the common instrument transfer and interchange file. It primarily described how to process VNA's data in accordance with required format u-sing MS Excel application in the paper.
