摘要
传统的一次调频概念属静态范畴,不能满足生产实际的需要,该文从随机过程的角度来分析电力系统的一次调频过程,指出了原来基于静态假设得到的负荷分配公式的不足之处,最后得到两个修正系数:动态修正系数和机型系数。其中动态修正系数表示了考虑动态特性之后电网周波方差的增大程度;机型系数表征了在考虑动态特性后由于发电机组结构形式的不同所分配到的负荷多少的变化程度。修正后的公式可用于研究电网的调频问题。
The traditional conception of the primary frequ-ency regulation belongs to the category of static state, which can not give satisfaction to the practice. With studying the primary frequency regulation of the electric power system as a random process, it is found that the original load dispatch formulas gained from the static analysis have some disadvan-tages. Two new improved coefficients, dynamic improved coefficient and turbine model coefficient, are presented for the study of the random process in this paper. In taking into account the dynamic characteristics, dynamic-improved-coeffcient manifested the increscent degree of frequency standard deviation in power systems, and turbine-type-coeffcient manifested the different load dispatches for the diff-erent tyoes of generators. The improved formulas can be used to study the frdquency regulation of power systems.
