摘要
阐述一次调频可以提高电网对突然负荷扰动的快速响应能力,但是随着多区域互联电网的发展,仅以电网局部区域为研究对象,提高其一次调频能力,难以满足电网的安全性和稳定性要求。在提出多区域电网一次调频能力分布概念的基础上,以各区域为研究对象,仿真分析各种一次调频能力分布对电网频率品质和联络线功率传输的影响。仿真结果表明,电网中各区域一次调频能力均匀分布是合理的分布形式。
Primary frequency control (PFC) has the ability to meet the fast load variation of a power system. Many researches have been done to improve the PFC ability only taking the whole system as the object, as the multi-area power system becomes a developing trend, which cannot give satisfaction to the security and stability of the power system. So a new concept of PFC ability distribution of multi-area power system was presented here, from which the influence of different PFC ability distribution on power system frequency characteristic and tie-line power transmission was analyzed with simulating method. It was concluded that symmetrical PFC ability distribution is reasonable to be used in a multi-area power system.
