摘要
防空导弹武器系统作战效能,不仅是反映该武器系统作战能力的一项重要标度,更重要的它还是该系统火力运用的基础。本文分析了美国工业界武器系统效能咨询委员会(WSEIAC) 评价武器系统效能的方法,并结合随机服务理论,建立了评价单套防空导弹武器系统的作战效能模型,该模型具有一定的可信度和实用性,可供研制部门进行武器系统作战效能评估和使用部门进行火力规划时参考。
Operational effectiveness of a ground-to-air weapon system is not only an important scale reflecting the capabilities of the system, but also a basis for firepower employment of the system. This paper, by combining the method for evaluating effectiveness of weapon systems given out by the U.S. Weapon system Effectiveness Industry Advisory Commission (WSEIAC) with the random service theory, has established a model of operational effectiveness for a single ground-to-air missile weapon system. the model has certain practicability and creditability and it offers a reference to make fire plans for SAM units and evaluate operational effectiveness for research and development communities.
