摘要
采用水提法提取枸杞、红枣、甘薯、淮山 4种植物原料及花菇多糖 ,正交设计优化提取条件 ,并将植物提取多糖用于双歧杆菌的增殖试验。结果表明 ,植物多糖提取优化条件 ,加水比例分别为 :枸杞、红枣 1∶ 10 ,花菇 1∶ 15 ,甘薯 1∶ 3,淮山 1∶ 9;提取温度 :80~ 95℃ ;提取时间 1~ 3h。5种原料在优化条件下的多糖提取率相对于植物取样质量分别为 :枸杞 5 1.8%、红枣 5 3.2 %、花菇 2 8.2 %、甘薯 18.8%、淮山 18.3%。5种原料提取多糖对双歧杆菌的增殖作用 :菌体在对数生长期生长速率常数 (R)提高 135 %~ 85 % ,世代时间 (G)缩短 5 6 %~ 4 4 %。
The water extraction of vegetal polysaccharose from the fruit of Chinese wolfberry, red jujube, flower mushroom, sweet potato and huaishan, the optimization of extracting conditions by orthogonal design and the multiplication of bifidobacterium functioned by polysaccharose extracted from vegetable were studied. The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions of vegetal polysaccharose are as follows: the adding ratio of water, for the fruit of Chinese wolfberry and red jujube is 1∶10, flower mushroom is 1∶15, sweet potato is 1∶3 and huaisan is 1∶9, the temperature of extraction: is 80~95 ℃, the time of extraction: is 1~3 h.In the conditions, the extraction rates of vegetal polysaccharose are: wolfberry 51 8%, red jujube 53 2%, flower mushroom 28 2%, sweet potato 18 8%, huaishan 18 3%. The multiplication of bifidobacterium functioned by polysaccharose extracted from five kinds of vegetal was that the growth rate constant (R) is raised by 135%~85% and the generation time (G) is reduced 56%~44% in logarithmic phase.
