向YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-y)中引入Y_2BaCuO_5粒子及其效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用直接掺入法(DMP)、粉末熔化处理法(PMP)和熔融慢冷法(MSC)3种工艺向织构化的YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-y)中引入了细小弥散的Y_2BaCuO_5(即211粒子)相,从而显著增强了YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-y)(123)材料的磁通钉轧势。用连续直流电阻法测量和2ms脉冲法测量,样品J_c值在1T、77K下,分别达到2.5×10~4A/cm^2以上(1μV/cm)和7.0×10~4A/cm^2以上(50μV/cm)。 Three technical processes——DMP(direct mixing process), PMP(powder melting process) and MSC (melting & slow-cooling)were used for introducing fine and dispersed Y_2BaCuO_5(211 phase) particles into the textured YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-y). As a result, the flux pinning potential of YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-y)(123) was markedly increased. The critical current densities of 2.5×10~4A/cm^2(1μV/cm) and 7.0×10~4A/cm^2(50μV/cm)were measured at 1T,77K by continuous DC resistance method and 2 ms pulse method respectively.
