摘要 用透射电镜研究了γ相基体形变诱发产物ε和α′马氏体的结构特征,ε马氏体为细小针状组织,易出现在层错交叉区域,与母相之间满足(111)_γ∥(0001)_e,[110]_γ∥[1210]_ε的位向关系。形变后独立成核生成的α′马氏体为枣核状,表现为位错亚结构;与ε马氏体共存区域,存在挛晶马氏体α′,其孪晶类型为{112}<111>。α′马氏体与母相之间满足K-S关系。母相、ε相和α′相共存区域的电子衍射分析表明,三相之间的位向关系为:(111)_γ∥(0001)_ε∥(110)_(α′);[110]_γ∥[1210]_ε∥[111]_(α′)。 The microstructure of ε martensite and α′ martensite which were strain induced from γ have been study by TEM in this paper. The ε martensite has a needle-like microstructure and produced at the region where stacking faults crossed. The α′ martensite which nucleated by himself was jujube-stonelike, presenting a dislocation substructure. The twin martensite of {112} <11(?)> type was abserved at the region where and α′ coexist. The α′ martensite and mothor phase γ have K-S orientation relationship. The orientation relationship of mothor phase, ε and α′ martensiyes are: 11)_γ//(0001)_ε//10)_(α′), [110]_γ//[110]_ε//[111]_(α′).
