摘要
通过Gleeble-1500上的室温压缩实验、微观组织分析、X-射线衍射分析、磁性测量等手段,系统研究了302HQA钢的冷变形规律。结果表明,302HQA钢冷变形过程的冷作硬化是位错塞积和形变诱发马氏体相变综合作用的结果;减少冷变形过程中形变马氏体的含量,可以降低冷镦钢成型过程的开裂现象。
By means of compression tests on room temperature at Gleeble 1500, microstructure analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis and magnetism analysis, the cold deformation behavior of 302HQA stainless steel was systematically investigated in this paper. The results show that, the cold hardening effect for 302HQA steel during cold working process was due to both dislocation pileup and deformation induced martensitic transformation (DIMT), decreasing the content of martensite by DIMT could decrease the crack tendency of cold heading steels during their forming processes.
