制多孔不锈钢过滤片的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过以水雾化0Cr18Ni9不锈钢粉为原料,以钢模压制或等静压制成形,在真空中或纯氢中烧结制取多孔不锈钢过滤片的试验,提出了制品的气泡试验最大孔径与水雾化不锈钢粉末颗粒平均尺寸关系的经验公式,并针对不锈钢粉末粒级、成形压力和添加剂对多孔不锈钢过滤片的孔隙度、气泡试验最大孔径、相对透气系数和拉伸性能的影响进行了研究。研制的多孔不锈钢过滤环片已批量生产,取得了明显的经济效益。 Through the experiment of preparing stainless steel porous filter by sintering compacted water atomized 0Cr18Ni9 powder in vacuum or pure hydrogen, an empirical formular for the relation between average partical size of the powder and maximum pore size in bubble test is suggested. The effects of different partical size forming pressure and addictives on the porosity, maximum pore size, relative permeability coefficient and tensite strength of the porous stainless steel filter are investegated. The developed filter rings have been put into batch production and obvious economical benefits have been achieved.
