摘要
介绍了一种适用于多孔不锈钢的渗硼方法──膏剂渗硼法。渗硼的多孔体保持了原有的孔隙特性,并提高了表面耐磨性。研究还表明:采用在多孔试样两面等厚度渗硼的方法可避免起皮和变形,渗硼温度、时间和渗硼剂厚度都将影响渗层厚度。
A boronning method of porous stainless steel is introduced. Using this method, the porous body maintain its original porosity when its surface wearability is improved. The results indicate that deformation and peel of the sample can be avoided by boronning equal thickness at both surfaces of the sample. The boronned thickness are affected by boronizing temperature, time and the thickness of boronning agent.
