甘草酸二铵注射液对α-干扰素的诱生作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :观察注射甘草酸二铵对 α-干扰素 ( α- INF)的诱生作用。方法 :采用微量细胞病变抑制法观察注射甘草酸二铵对小鼠 α- INF诱生作用。结果 :注射甘草酸二铵后最适诱生 α-干扰素时间为 2 4 h,细胞浓度以 1× 1 0 -7/m L为宜。结论 :甘草酸二铵注射液有诱生 α-干扰素的作用。
