摘要
目的 :探讨车祸应激对心理、生化免疫的影响。方法 :对住我院骨科治疗的车祸致伤患者 12 0例 (研究组 )及非车祸致伤患者 67例 (对照组 )进行了SCL -90、EPQ的测评。将研究组按EPQ评分中N分<43 3分为情绪稳定组 ,N分 >5 6 7分为情绪不稳定组。同时采用放射免疫法测定研究组、对照组的血清细胞因子白细胞介素 1β (IL -1β)、IL -2、IL -8及皮质醇 (F)水平。 结果 :与对照组比较 ,SCL -90总分及 5个因子分均增高 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1) ,且各因子分与EPQ问卷中N分、P分成正相关 ,与L分、E分成负相关。研究组的IL -1β、IL -2、IL -8分别为 0 2 0± 0 6ng/ml、 2 5 0 9± 9 5 1ng/ml、0 10± 0 0 7ng/ml、较对照组均降低 (P <0 0 5～ 0 0 1)。F水平为 2 4 0 1± 6 2 9ng/ml ,较对照组增高 (P <0 0 1)。与情绪不稳定组比较 ,情绪稳定组白细胞介素水平增高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :车祸致伤患者较非车祸致伤患者心理健康水平下降 ,免疫系统激活程度相对偏低。心理问题的发生与个性特征有一定的关系 。
