摘要
目的 根据不同文化层次患者住院时的心理状态差别 ,探索因人而异的心理护理方法。方法 4 2 0例住院患者随机分为观察组 2 10例 (A组 )和对照组 2 10例 (B组 ) ,分别用传统护理和不同层次的心理护理。结果 采用不同层次的心理护理的A组其平均住院日较B组显著减少 ;住院好转率亦明显优异B组 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 依据文化层次 。
Objective To explore nursing methods for inpatients with different literate level in accordance with difference psychological situation. Methods 420 inpatients were randomly divided into two groups, we used different level nursing in the experimental group (210 inpatients), and used traditional nursing in the control group (210 inpatients). Results The results showed that the average hospitalization time of experimental group is significant shorter than that of the control group and the improvement rate of the experimental group is significant higher than that of the control group ( P < 0.01). Conclusions The different psychological nursing methods in accordance different literate level.
