摘要
灰色预测控制是以灰色系统理论为依据的一种全新的控制模式。该控制可实时地对被控对象建立具有外推预测功能的行为模型 ,并依此模型对系统的发展趋势进行预测 ,再根据盈亏率模型对系统实施决策与控制。该控制方式应用于跳汰机主要工艺参数自动控制系统后 ,简化了控制系统构成 ,提高了控制精度 。
The grey predicative control is a fully new control mode based grey system theory. This control mode can timely set up an acting model for an objective, which has an extrapolating prediction function. The development trend of the system can be predicted according to the model. Then, a decision and control can be made for the system based on the model of gain and loss rate. This control mode is applicable after automatic control system of main parameters of jig washing, therefore it simplifies the structure of control system, offers higher control precision and stabilizes the operating state of a jig.
