摘要
对1998年以来选煤技术的发展进行了评述。指出选煤技术的发展状况主要表现为:原煤入选比例继续提高,选煤厂规模及选煤装备趋向大型化;重介质选煤比例迅速上升,重介质旋流器选煤技术发展迅速;传统选煤方法及设备的分选效果得到提高;研究开发细粒煤的新选煤方法取得丰硕成果;模块化成为选煤厂建设的新模式;选煤生产过程自动控制和全厂自动化水平迈上新台阶。
Review is made in the paper on coal preparation development since 1998. It points that, the status of coal preparation development is mainly demonstrated from following aspects: gradually increasing in raw coal washed ratio, the scale of coal preparation plant and coal washing equipment becoming larger in size; the ratio of coal washed by dense medium system rapidly increases and the technology of coal cleaning by use of dense medium cyclone has been developed at high speed; performance of conventional coal cleaning processes and equipment have been improved; rich fruitage regarding development of novel fine coal cleaning equipment have been obtained; modular design has become popularly attensive mode in coal preparation plant construction and automatic control of coal washing process as well as pant full automation have been up to a new level.
