摘要
研究了反相液相色谱法测定溴氰菊酯的方法.固定相为YWG-C18,用甲醇、水(85:15)作为流动相,流量为1ml/min,检测波长276nm,溴氰菊酯线性范围为3～200ng/25μl,相对偏差为0.7%～1.2%,回收率为98.5%—101.6%.结果表明,该方法简便、快速、准确,并可用于农药厂样品的测定.
A new method of determination of decis by a way of reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) has been developed on YWG-C18column stationary phase, with 1 ml/min flow methanol-water (85:15) as mobile phase, spectrophotometric at 276 nm, The rang of linear of decis was 3-200 ng/25 μl, the relative standard was0.7%-1.2% the recovery ratio was 98.5 %-101.6 %. The results shew that this is a simple, rapid and accurate method which gives satisfactary results and is emplyed to determine agricultural insecticide.
