摘要
利用Shimadzu CLC-ODS柱,反相液相色谱法分离测定了甲胺磷在土壤中的残留量.流动相为甲醇:乙睛:水(10:5:85),检测波长为215nm,本方法具有较高的灵敏度,其检测极限为0.5ppb,回收率为96.3%~97.8%,变异系数为1.29%~1.95%.应用于农田弱酸性土壤样品中甲胺残留量的测定,效果令人满意.
A reversedphase high performance liquid chromatography for deternination of remanent metamidophos in soil on a CLC-ODS stationary phase by using methanol-acetonitrile- water (10 : 5 : 85) as mobile phase and with spectrophotornetric detection at 215 nm was developed. The method has high sensitiveity and the detection limit is 0. 5 ppb for metamidophos. The relative standard deviations are between 1. 29 %-l. 95 % and the recovery ration are between 96. 3 %-97. 8 %. It gives satisfactory results for the determination of the remanent metamidophos in soil of a farm land.
