摘要
文献引证分析在我国科技界受到越来越广泛关注。本文以科学论文引文率为依托 ,旨在探讨影响我国高校科技论文入录 SCI的影响因素与指标及共评价体系 ,最后提出了改善和提高入选率的设想。
The aim ofthis paperis to discuss the quality of the Chinese academic scientific papers selected by SCIand its impactfactors.And italso introduces the standard system to evaluate the Chinese Scientific periodi- cals.Finally,some suggestions are made as to raise their quality.
