摘要
文章分析了当 2 0 10～ 2 0 2 0年世界发达国家、新兴工业化国家基本完成“信息高速公路”建设时 ,将出现的一系列新事物和新问题。这些新事物和新问题的提出 ,国内外学者对信息社会理论的进一步研究 ,必将推动一门新学科—信息伦理学的产生。指出信息伦理学的深入发展必然解决一些涉及学科性质的有待认识的重大理论问题。这些问题包括学科的成因、内涵和意义 ,学科的研究现状和体系结构 ,学科的发展前景等问题。
Once the \!Information Highway' is basically built amony the developed and developing industrial countries during 2010\_2020,a series of new things and problems will appear,and changes will take place.These changes and further researches by scholars on the theory of information ethics will form a new area of study\_information ethics.
