水稻C_(1001)无融合生殖特性的初步研究 被引量:14

摘要 初步研究了水稻C_(1001)的单性结实和多胚苗特性,结果表明:C_(1001)的多胚苗特性可以遗传,属隐性性状,具数量性状特征,易受温光等环境条件影响,且与正常的有性过程相联.C_(1001)的单性结实性也可遗传,是无融合生殖的结果,通过选择可望提高单性结实率.在8.54%的无融合生殖体中,不定胚占3.84%,由印器发生的无融合胚占0.63%,由反足细胞形成的多细胞结构占4.43%.因此,C_(1001)是一个具有多种无融合生殖类型的质源材料,值得进一步深入研究和发掘. The characteristics of parthenocarpy and multi-seedling for the rice line Ciooi were studied. The results indicated that; The multi-seedling of Ciooi was a inheritable and recessive character with the characteristics of quantitative character, it was early affected by environmental factors such as temperature, light and so on, and closely linked with the normal sexual process, The Parthenocarpy of C1001 was alas inheritable through selection. Among the 8.54% of apomicts, the adventitious embryos, the apomictic embryos from egg cells and the multi cellulai textures from antipodal cell accounted for 3.84%, 0.63% and 4.43%, respectively. Therfore, C1001 was an useful rice germplasm with several types of apomixis and was worthy of further study and exploitation.
