摘要
本文用Robinson和S.Wright等提出的方法对7个啤酒大麦品种主要性状遗传特性及其相关性进行了初步研究,结果表明:(1)千粒重、主穗粒数的遗传力较高,遗传变异系数较大,直接选择效果较好.(2)穗茎长可作为株型识别的指标之一,一般以中等为好.(3)选育生育前期较长、分蘖力较强的品种利于提高产量.(4)以中矮杆为主,结合考虑株穗数、穗粒数和千粒重进行高产育种是可行的.
The inheritance and correlation of the main characters of 7 malting barley varieties were studied using the method put forward by Robinson(1949)and S.Wright(1921). The results showed as follows;
(1) The characters of grain number Per main-spike and 1000-grain weight presented high heritability as well as coefficient of genetic variation, it were efficient in direet selection for the characters. (2) In general, mid-spike stem length was better, which could be used as one of the criteria for plant shape. ( 3 ) Selection of varieties with longer early growth-stage and more tillerings benefits to increase yield. (4) The method of combining mid-short stalk with numbers of spikes in single plant, grain number per spike and 1000-grain weight was considered to be feasible for high yield in barley breeding.
