Retrofit of domestic single furnace once through boiler (No.14 unit in Wangting Power Plant) into controlled circulating boiler is introduced, including the consideration of key problems, such as: circulation model, reliability of water walls, steam temperature characteristics of superheater and reheater, design of firing system. The final performence test data are presented.
