摘要
从228份秦椒(Capsicum annuum)罹病材料中鉴定出CMV、TMV、TEV和PVY等4种病毒。以CMV和TMV为主接种在田间辣椒上后,产生多种花叶。CMV、TEV和PVY可以通过桃蚜以非持久方式传播。TMV、TEV和PVY的粒子大小分别为292~300×15nm、728×13nm和730×11nm。TMV-RNA和TEV-RNA的分子量分别为2.06×10~6和3.16×10~6。TMV在辣椒上发生较早,从苗期开始为害,其后CMV和TMV的比例迅速上升,个别田块有TEV和PVY发生。到生长后期,CMV和TMV混合侵染现象加重。
Four kinds of viruses,viz.cucumber mosaic virus(CMV),tobacco mosaic virus (TMV),tobacco etch virus(TEV)and potato virus Y(PVY),were isolated,and identified from 228 diseased pepper plants based on their host range,symptomatology,aphid trans- mission,serology and electron microscopy.Primary viruses turned out to be CMV and TMV,which cause serious mosaic in pepper in Shanxi,while TEV was secondary,inducing etch and mosaic in pepper.Aphids transmitted CMV,TEV and PVY in a non-persisten(?) manner.The particle size of TMV,TEV and PVY was found to be some 292~300×15nm, 728×13nm and 730×11nm,respectively.The molecular weight of TMV-RNA and TEV-RNA was 2.06×10~6 and 3.16×10~6,respectively.A field investigation of the distribu- tion of the viruses revealed that TMV appeared early in the seedling period of the crop, then a rapid rise in TMV and CMV occurred with occasional incidence of TEV and PVY in some plots.In late periods of growth of the plants,joint infection of TMY and CMV ap- peared to be very severe.
