摘要
以外白渡桥为例 ,详细介绍了一套综合传统疲劳分析和断裂力学的混合方法 ,并用以计算老钢桁梁桥剩余寿命。通过分析疲劳损伤累积可以得出各杆使用系数 ,以此可以确定各杆的检修优先级。在应用断裂力学时 ,采用了观测和超声波探测方法确定初始裂纹尺寸。通过裂纹扩展模拟 ,得出临界杆件剩余寿命。根据计算结果确定了该桥的检测间隔和维修对策。
A combined approach with the conventional fatigue analysis and the fracture mechanics based concept is presented. With this method the remaining fatigue life and safety of old riveted truss bridge were calculated with Waibaidu Bridge as an example. With the service factor calculated with the conventional fatigue analysis based on the S N curve, an inspection priority was determined. Afterwards, the fracture mechanics was applied. The initial crack size was assumed through the visual inspection and the ultrasonic detection method. The remaining fatigue life was calculated through the simulation of crack growth. According to the calculation results the inspection interval and maintenance management was suggested.
