摘要
应用断裂力学理论,对汽车花键轴失效形式进行深入分析,导出不同焊接工艺焊接件的使用寿命估算公式。指明提高花键轴修理质量的有效途径与工艺改进。
In this paper,theary applied practure mechanic is investigated for fault type of automobile spline shaft. A calculated formula developed of service fatigue life of welding part for different welding procedure. New effective method and modified technical process is designated for development reparation quatity of automobile spline shaft.
