小麦赤霉病抗源基因库轮回选择优良群体及单株研究

摘要 对小麦赤毒病抗源基因库不同轮选群体RC_0,RC_1,RC_2和RC_3的试验表时,表型轮回选择显著降低了群体发病株数(频率)和发病株的平均病小穗数,抗病植株的频率明显增大。从基因库中选择抗性得到加强,而某些农艺性状又得到改良的优良单株的机会因轮回选择而增大。各群体中均未发现植株高度与抗性问有显著相关,农艺性状亦未随抗性的改良而出现不良变化。 Different cyclical population RC_0,RC_(?) RC_2 and RC_3 of theresistance sourceg gene pool to scab in wheat were investigated for theeffects of phenotypic recurrent selection in Nanjing during two cropseasons.The results showed that such a selection significantly decreasedthe mean number of diseased spikelets of the infected plants in thepopulation and the number,or frequency,of diseased male-fertile plants,and increased the frequency of resistant plants.The probability ofobtaining superior individuals with improved scab resistance and otherdesirable agronomic characters from the selected populations was greaterthe from the original populations.No correlation was found betweenscab resistance and plant height in any populations studied.No undesira-ble changes in agronomic characters were observed that accompaniedthe improvement in scab resistance.
