摘要
采用同步记录心阻抗二阶微分图和肢体阻抗血流图的方法,测量了183人的动脉容积脉搏波的传导速度(V)。结果提示,V 随年龄增长而加快,高血压患者的 V 明显高于同龄血压正常人,V 能间接地反映动脉弹性。
The arteriole voluminal pluse wave velocity(V)has been measured with the second derivative thoracic impedance cardiogram and the limb impedance plethysmography in 183 persons.The results showed that thd V quickened with age,the V of patients with hypertension were faster than that of normal persons of the same age, and the V was able to show the elasticty of artey.
