摘要
狗心脏假腱索传导细胞内部结构及其在心动周期中的适应性形态变化的光镜和电镜观察表明:传导细胞于心脏收缩期发生明显弯曲,形成波浪状外观,当心脏舒张时,传导细胞伸展,弯曲程度明显减轻。在透射电镜下,假腱索内传导细胞肌原纤维含量不等,排列不规则,根据肌原纤维含量及其排列方式,可将传导细胞分为三类:类浦肯野细胞,类普通心肌细胞及移行细胞。收缩及舒张状态下肌原纤维 A 带均靠近 Z 线,I 带不明显,提示传导细胞在心动周期中无明显收缩活动。
In this study the morphological characteristics and configurational change of the conductive cells in dog false tendons during cardiac cycle were observed with EM and TEM.During systole the conductive Cells of false tendon were buckled,apparently forming wavy appearance.They were unfolded and unbuckled obviously in diastole.Myofibrils of conductive cell varied in amount with different cells and arranged irregularly.According to the content of myofibrils 3 groups of conductive cells,Purkinje-like cell,myocardium-like and transitional cell could be distinguished in false tendon under TEM. During the cardiac cycle,the A-band of myofibril always locatod near Z-line with no I-band,suggesting that the myofibrils of the conductive cell may not hays significant contraction during the cardiac cycle.
