摘要
目的观察山羊左室条索细胞的超微结构及其与心内膜下Purkinje细胞的差异。方法对山羊30条左室条索行石蜡切片,苏术精-伊红和Marsson染色,光镜观察;利用计算机图像分析系统对条索的主要细胞进行计量分析;利用透射电镜观察左室条索的超微结构。结果左心室条索的细胞形态为长形、椭圆形、圆形和不规则形。部分细胞有双核。定量分析显示:条索内细胞较心内膜下Purkinje细胞小。电镜下条索内细胞呈束状排列:细胞内肌原纤维多而分散,核周呈现亮区;线粒体和高尔基器丰富。细胞之间有较多的毛细血管、神经末梢。结论山羊左室条索的细胞具备Purkinje细胞特征,是心室正常传导通路的一部分。
Objective To observe morphologic diffeence between the ultras tructure of left ventricular bands and that of Purkinje cell of subendocardium i n goat heart. Meathods Thirty left ventricular bands were selected, paraffin se ction were made with HE and Marsson staining and were observed by light microsco pe. The main cells of the bands were analyzed by computer imaging analysis syste m. And the ultrastructure of left ventricular bands were observed by transmissio n electron-microscopy. Rusults The shapes of cells in left ventricular bands ar e as followirg:the long, the ellipsoid, the round and the irregular. And the few cells were binuclear. The imagine analysis displayed that the cells in bands we re smaller than Purkinje cells in subendocardium, myofibril cells were rich and dispersal. Various light area around the nucleus exited. There were a large moun t of mitochondria and Golgi apparatus in cytoplasma. Many capillaries neverous e nd among cells existed. Conclusion The cells of left ventricular bands in goat heart are composed of Purkinje cells which is on of normal conductive passages i n ventricle.
