摘要
兼性CAM植物长药景天(Sudum spectabile)在干热的盛夏季节,浇水植株的离体叶或用3mmoL/1ABA处理后,在5—6小时内,其光合型可由C_3型转变成CAM型。表现在气体交换模式由白天吸收CO_2、夜间释放CO_2转变成夜间吸收、白天释放;气孔阻力由昼低夜高转变成昼高夜低,但PEP羧化酶活性无明显变化。凝胶电泳均为一条带。
Sudum spectabile is a facultative CAM plant. Watered plants carryout the metabolism of C_3 type in Summer. But the photosynthetic typecould be turned into CAM type within 6 hours when leaves were treatedwith ABA (3 mmol/1 aqueous solution) or detached in high summer.CO_2 uptake and low stomatal resistance were found during the night.And the CO_2 release and stomatal resistance increase occured during theday time. But the activity of PEP Carboxylase have no marked variation.There is only one band in the disc gel electrophoresis of PEP Carboxylase.
