摘要
对黄土高原常用造林树种刺槐的光响应曲线、AC I曲线、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等生理特性进行测定和对比分析结果表明,刺槐树种的光饱和点为875.2μm o l.m-2.-s 1,该树种在光饱和点的光合速率为14.86μm o lCO2.m-2.-s 1,光合日变化呈单峰曲线,在一定CO2范围内,其光合速率、水分利用率与CO2浓度呈正相关关系。
Light curve, ACI curve, photosynthetic rate, transpiration of Robinnia pseudoscacia were measured using LICOR-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The results indicated that photosynthetic rate and transpiration of Robinniapoint (CO2)were about 14.86μmol CO2·m^-2·s^-1. photosynthetic rate and CO2 concentration appeared positive correlation.
